Terms and Conditions – Instagram Giveaway
(including data protection information)
The giveaway "Handpan Giveaway" is organized and conducted by Malte Marten GmbH, Heimatstr. 19, 79102 Freiburg, Germany.
This giveaway is not affiliated with Instagram and is neither sponsored, endorsed, nor organized by Instagram. By participating, participants release Instagram from any liability related to the execution of the giveaway, including its publication and organization. Contact person and responsible entity are solely the specified organizer.

Participation
The participation period is from March 5, 2026 at 13:00 AM CET to March 31, 2026 at 12:00 PM CET.
Participants can collect entries (so-called “tickets”) as follows:
1 ticket for liking, commenting on, share and save a reel posted on the Instagram account

You can get multiple chances of winning, by repeating the procedure explained above on all the upcoming reels until March 31. Each comment counts as 1 entry. You can only enter the raffle once per day.
We accumulate the comments after 24 hours, when the next reel is posted. You can participate wherever you are on this planet.
Attempts to participate multiple times through manipulation or misuse of the referral process may lead to disqualification.
Winner Selection
Winners will be selected by random drawing from all valid entries. Only contributions made within the participation period will be considered for winner determination. We reserve the right to modify, cancel, or end the giveaway at any time without notice due to unforeseen circumstances, without any claims arising against the organizer.

Prize Distribution
Every entry gets a dedicated number. We userandom.org to generate a random number. The person linked to the generated number wins.
Participants are responsible for the accuracy of the provided contact details. Upon sending the prize, the risk of deterioration and accidental loss transfers to the winner.
Legal recourse is excluded.
The exclusively applicable law is the law of the Federal Republic of Germany.
The invalidity of individual provisions of the terms and conditions does not affect the effectiveness of the remaining conditions.
In case of undeliverability of the prize, no further investigations into the participant will be conducted.
If the winner does not respond within 7 days to claim the prize after sending the prize notification, the claim to the prize expires.
Cash payout or exchange of the prize is excluded, and the prize is not transferable.
Shipment costs and any occurring customs fees must be paid by the winners.
Data Protection Information
1. Processing of Personal Data
By participating, we collect your personal data (name, contact details, and email address) only to the extent provided by you. The data processing serves the purpose of properly conducting the giveaway and notifying you in case of winning.
This data processing is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR with your consent. You can revoke the consents at any time by messaging us without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent until revocation. Your data will then be deleted. There is no disclosure of the data to third parties.
In case of winning, you agree to the publication of your profile name or first and last name, under which you participated in the giveaway, on Instagram. The publication serves the purpose of announcing the winner of the giveaway. This data processing is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR with your consent. You can revoke the consents at any time by messaging us. Your data will then be deleted.
2. Storage Duration
We store your personal data for as long as necessary for the decision about the giveaway. Your data will be deleted no later than three months afterward, unless you have consented to further processing and usage, and/or we have no legitimate interest in the storage.
3. Rights of the Data Subjects
Subject to the legal requirements, you have the following rights according to Art. 15 to 20 GDPR: Right to information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability. Furthermore, according to Art. 21 (1) GDPR, you have the right to object to processing based on Art. 6 (1) f GDPR, as well as to processing for the purpose of direct marketing.
Right to Lodge a Complaint with the Supervisory Authority
According to Art. 77 GDPR, you have the right to complain to the supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data is not lawful.
Right to Object
If the listed processing of personal data is based on our legitimate interest according to Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR, you have the right to object at any time for reasons arising from your particular situation; this also applies to profiling based on these provisions. After an objection, the processing of the respective data will be terminated unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override your interests, rights, and freedoms or if the processing serves to assert, exercise, or defend legal claims.
